Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting Covidarium.
Because our products include both digital downloads and made-to-order printed items, please review the refund terms carefully.
1. Digital Products
All digital items — including the Covidarium Calendar (digital edition), Commentary Booklet, Timeline, and Mobile Gallery — are non-refundable.
Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned, and therefore refunds cannot be issued.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your downloads, or if a file is missing or corrupted, please contact us at alex@thenonnative.com and we will resolve it immediately.
2. Printed Calendar (Collector’s Printed Edition)
The printed calendar is produced on demand, specifically for your order.
For this reason, printed items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alex@thenonnative.com, including:

• Your order number

• A photo of the issue

• A short description

We will replace the item at no cost to you.
3. Lost Packages
If your printed calendar does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
We cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders lost due to an incorrectly entered shipping address.
If you made a mistake, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet entered production, we will update it for you.
5. Order Cancellation

• Digital-only products: Cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase, as delivery is instant.

• Printed calendars: Can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellation is not possible.

To request a cancellation (if eligible), email alex@thenonnative.com as soon as possible.
