Shipping Policy
Thank you for ordering from Covidarium.
Below you’ll find all details regarding delivery of both digital products and the printed calendar.
1. Digital Products (Instant Delivery)
All digital items — including the Covidarium Calendar (digital edition), Commentary Booklet, Timeline, and Mobile Gallery — are delivered immediately after purchase.
You will receive:

• A download link on the checkout confirmation page

• A copy of the link sent to your email address

If you do not receive your files within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at alex@thenonnative.com.
Digital products do not require shipping and incur no additional cost.
2. Printed Calendar (Collector’s Printed Edition)
If your order includes a physical printed calendar, the following applies:
Processing Time
Printed calendars are prepared and packaged within 1–2 working days after your order is confirmed.
Shipping Time
Delivery usually takes:

• 3–5 working days within the UK

• 5–10 working days for international orders

Times may vary slightly depending on postal delays or holiday periods.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated in the price provided on the website.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your region, a tracking link will be emailed to you automatically when your order is dispatched.
3. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
We cannot replace or refund orders lost due to an incorrectly entered address.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at alex@thenonnative.com — we will try to update it before the order is processed.
4. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your printed calendar arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please email us at alex@thenonnative.com with:

• Your order number

• A photo (if damaged)

• A short description of the issue

We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
5. Returns
Printed calendars are made to order and therefore non-returnable, unless damaged or defective on arrival.
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
